Lyndsay Swales

I am the Area Manager for Homeless, Mental Health and Addiction services within St Anne’s Community Services. I have 15 years experience working within Health and Social Care in a community setting. My passion is to support services to thrive and improve the quality for the people we support. I have a strong people lens and enjoy working on culture and values within services and the wider organisation. My skills and knowledge are within change management, business growth and keeping up to date with best practice within the sector. My values are rooted in care for others and being open and honest. I also love a good book and a walk along the beach.
